Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number and message that you provide. We use this information only to review and answer your enquiry.
Delivery of your message
Your enquiry is delivered by Resend email and stored in HubSpot so Alina can follow up and keep a record of your project. Telegram may also be used for notifications. These providers process the details needed for this purpose. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Form contents are not sent to website analytics.
Reliable delivery
An encrypted copy of your enquiry may be held in our delivery store for up to seven days while it is transferred to HubSpot. It is removed after a successful transfer or when this retry period expires.
Abuse prevention
To limit automated submissions, the form uses a shared counter store. It keeps a cryptographically hashed client identifier and request counts for no longer than one hour, without names, contact details or message contents.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed for correspondence and any related legal obligations. You may ask for access, correction or deletion by replying through the same contact channel.
Website measurement
The site uses privacy-conscious Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate performance. Contact form fields are never included in those events.
